Freya Najade shares her personal series Ridley Road Market.

Freya lives directly next to Ridley Road Market, which has been one of her favourite markets in London for years. Since the late 19th century, it has been a hub for the local Afro-Caribbean, Turkish and South Asian communities.

It is surprisingly little gentrified so far. Freya loves the market for its vibrancy, the incredibly diverse range of people, as well as the variety of fruit, vegetables, meat, textiles and household goods.
