Noted is a fourth-generation family-run pie and mash shop in Leytonstone. In this project, Freya explores its traditions, the people who work there and its customers.

Twenty-eight-year-old Alfie took over the business from his father after growing up in the shop. Surrounded by family members, old machinery and generations of regular customers, he is carrying a century-old tradition forward while finding his own way to keep it relevant in contemporary London.
